Sprint Bioscience is a profitable company located at the Karolinska Institutet Science Park in close proximity to our collaborators both within biomedical and clinical research. Sprint Bioscience is focusing on early drug discovery with fragment-based methods. We are combining CRO services with an in-house pipeline of innovative oncology targets using our core competencies in protein sciences, structural chemistry, medicinal chemistry and drug discovery project management to develop high quality lead compounds. Sprint Bioscience customers are both small biotechs and big-pharma companies.
The founding team has experience of structure-based drug discovery from the Swedish pharmaceutical industry. We combine drug discovery experience with innovative protein production and screening methods. Our research and decision making is based on experimental data, not predictive models.
We offer full lead generation services including experienced project management. In addition we offer customized solutions from our technology platform comprising protein science, biophysics, structural chemistry and medicinal chemistry.
In addition Sprint Bioscience is building a portfolio of oncology projects targeting cancer metabolism and autophagy. The first in-house project has reached a stage where cell active compounds have been identified. Complementary to our lead generation expertise we have established strategic collaborations with leading clinical research groups to access innovative disease models and to enable early evaluation of clinical relevance.
